General Terms and Conditions (GTC) festival outfits online shop

1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and purchases made via the online shop of Festival-outfits.com, Niederhohlstr12, 76863 Herxheim

2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract The purchase contract is concluded with Festival-outfits. By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the order button.

3. Contract documents We do not save the contract texts. The order details and the general terms and conditions are sent to you by email. You can view your past orders in your customer account.

4. Prices The prices stated on the product pages are total prices. They include all price components including all applicable taxes.

5. Shipping costs In addition to the prices stated, shipping costs may apply for delivery. You can find out more about the shipping costs that may apply in the offers.

6. Payment Payment can be made in advance, by credit card, PayPal or on account. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods.

7. Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

8. Retention of title The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

9. Transport damage If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately.

10. Warranty and guarantees The statutory liability for defects applies. Information about any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found on the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

11. Dispute resolution The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here: [Link to the EU Commission platform]. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Final provisions Should individual provisions of this contract be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after conclusion of the contract, this shall not affect the validity of the contract as a whole.
